1. the user preference does not depend dramatically on the brand, but the compatibility and functions

2. All four devices share similarities for types of questions users ask, users’ impressions on the devices, functional limitations identified by users, and suggestions made by users

 

3. user attitudes on four devices differ by relevant current event, media form, and marketing strategy

After all, combination of text sentiment analysis, tweet content analysis and understanding relevant social context successfully addresses our research question by providing insights on users preference, complaints, expectation, and suggestion
