Siri is the most preferred assistant device especially among iPhone users because Siri is a free service available on iPhones. However, the users indicated some functional limitations; one of the most prominent limitation was no response to the wake word at all. Although such limitation also existed in other devices, Siri had the highest number of tweets showing frustration of users.
